Women's Tennis Salutes Two Senior Athletes

BEREA, Ohio -- The Baldwin Wallace University Athletic Department and women's tennis program would like to congratulate senior student-athletes Kami DiRocco and Ashtyn Morris on completing their outstanding athletic careers at the University. Their hard work, dedication and commitment to the program is evident, and is greatly appreciated. These young women have had solid careers not only athletically but academically as well. In addition, their leadership has been a key element.

The University also would like to thank the parents for their loyalty and support. Today, we also honor your hard work, commitment, and dedication as well.

The University administration, faculty and staff would like to wish all of you great success in all your future endeavors.

Kami DiRocco is a digital marketing and marketing double major from Akron, Ohio and a graduate of Copley High School. She will earn her first varsity letter this spring. In her career, DiRocco has compliled a 2-2 record in singles and 1-8 record in doubles. Off the field, she is an Academic All-OAC performer and a Jacket Scholar. DiRocco is the daughter of Joe and Nelda DiRocco.

 

 

 

 

Ashtyn Morris is an english major from Salem, Ohio and a graduate of Salem High School. She will earn her fourth varsity letter this spring. In her career, Morris has complied a 30-39 singles record and a 41-37 doubles record. Off the field, she is a three-time Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference performer, a Dean's List student, Jacket Scholar and a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta, Chi Alpha Sigma and Dayton C. Miller Honoraries. Morris is daughter of George Morris III and Coby Morris.

 

 

 

 

  

Baldwin Wallace again would like to thank Kami DiRocco and Ashtyn Morris as well as their parents and guardians for all their hard work, dedication and commitment to Yellow Jacket women's tennis. Your efforts have truly made a difference both on campus and on the field.

The University also would like to wish each of you all the best of luck in your future endeavors and hope that even after graduation you come back and visit us often. You will always be a Yellow Jacket for Life (YJ4L).
