Lehman Garners Second Career OAC Wrestler of the Week Accolade

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – For the second time in his career, senior All-American and two-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference 197-pounder Zeckary Lehman (Akron/Revere) has been named the OAC Wrestler of the Week.

Lehman went 4-0 at the 34th annual John Summa Invitational, en route to the 197lb title that helped the Yellow Jackets to a second-place finish. The senior secured one pin(1:42) and three decisions. Lehman is now 25-4 on the season with eight pins, four major decisions, and one technical fall.

He now sits at No. 4 on BW's career wins list with a 114-28 career mark. Of those victories, Lehman has 39 pins, 17 major decisions, and four technical falls.

BW will hit the mats next on on Friday, February, 14 when it hosts its final regular season and Seniors' Night dual match against NCAA Division II West Liberty (W. Va.) University in the Ursprung Gymnasium inside the Lou Higgins Center at 7:30 p.m.
