GREENWOOD, Ind. - Baldwin Wallace University junior three-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference and two-time Academic All-OAC wrestler Stanley Bleich (North Ridgeville/Elyria Catholic) has garnered his first career College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District 7 first-team selection.

Bleich now moves on to the Academic All-America ballot, which will be revealed in mid-June.

He is an English and religion double major with a 3.85 grade point average. Bleich is a two-time Academic All-OAC selection, three-time National Wrestling Coaches Association(NWCA) Scholar All-American honoree, a Dean's List Student, Jacket Scholar and a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society.

On the mat, he is a three-time All-OAC selection, two-time National Qualifier, two-time OAC wrestler of the week winner and a two-time All-Central Region selection.  In his career he owns a 92-18 record to place him 16th on the all-time career wins list. Of those victories he has 29 major decisions, nine pins and two tech falls.

The Yellow Jackets concluded the 2019-20 regular season with a 13-3 overall record and 6-1 in conference action before securing the NCAA Division lll Central Region Championship, their second in three years.
