SPORTS PLAYED AT BW (YEARS AND LETTERS WON): As a senior in 2011-2012, Grant competed in his fourth season of wrestling. He has earned two varsity letters during his career at B-W.

ACADEMIC HONORS AT B-W:  As a junior in 2010-2011, Grant became a Jacket Scholar for maintaining a cumulative GPA above 3.5.  He was also inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma honor society. Grant also was honored at the 2011-12 Student-Athlete & Faculty Recognition Luncheon for having the Highest Grade Point Average on the wrestling team (3.44).

GENERAL WRESTLING INFORMATION: Grant had a solid wrestling career during his time at Baldwin-Wallace. B-W recorded a 18-48 record during his four seasons as a Yellow Jacket. He appeared in 68 matches for an overall record of 26-42 in the 141 and 149 lb. weight classes. Throughout his career he recorded 68 takedowns, five pins, 50 escapes, and nine reversals.

As a freshman in 2008-2009, Grant competed in his first season of wrestling. Grant wrestled in the 141 pounds weight class. He recorded ten teakedowns, eight escapes, two reversals and one fall en route to a 2-9  overall season record.

As a sophomore in 2009-2010, Grant competed in his second season of wrestling. He wresltled in the 149-pound weight class and posted a 6-12 overall record with nine takedowns and 12 escapes.

As a junior in 2010-2011, Grant competed in his third season of wrestling where he earned his second varsity letter. He recorded a record of 18-21 which was the seventh highest win total on the team. His 18 wins doubled his win total from his first two years combined. Grant also set season highs in all statistical categories. He recorded 49 takedowns and 30 escapes with a total of six reversals, 11 nearfalls including eight nearfall two's and three nearfall three's. Grant placed third at 141 pounds at the John Summa Invitational Tournament, and placed fourth at the Waynesburg University Invitational. He helped lead B-W to there first winning season in since the 2006-07 season. The Yellow Jackets posted a 10-9 dual meet record, including a 4-2 mark in OAC matches.

As a senior in 2011-2012, Grant was not able to participate due to an injury.

:  Grant wrestled for four years and earned four varsity letters.  He also ran track for two years and earned one letter.

HIGH SCHOOL HONORS, (ALL-CONFERENCE, DISTRICT,  ETC.): As a senior in 2007-2008 and in wrestling, Grant was first team All-Ohio Capital Conference and an OHSAA Division I District qualifier.  As a junior in 2006-2007, he was honorable mention All-OCC.  He also served as team captain for two years and was an individual champion at the Harry Steele Classic Tournament. In track, he qualified for the OCC Championships in the 110-meter hurdles as a sophomore in 2006.
