BEREA, Ohio –
 Six Baldwin Wallace University women's lacrosse players earn All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors.

Junior midfielder Maddie Russell (Lakewood/Rocky River) was named to the first-team. Senior defender Tia Esbenshade (Wooster), senior attack Emma Harding (Akron/Richfield), and junior midfielder Katie Kocher (Rocky River) were all tabbed to the second-team. Sophomore midfielder Kayla Miller (Hudson) and freshman attack Hannah Albrechta (Uniontown/Green) were earned honorable mention honors.

Russell
 earns her third All-OAC first-team honor and third varsity letter. This season, she led the team with 33 caused turnovers, 64 ground balls, and 53 draw controls. She also scored 30 goals and added 26 assists for 56 points. Russell ranks as the school's all-time leader with 139 caused turnovers, 212 ground balls, 143 draw controls, 181 points, and 114 goals. Last year she was named the OAC Defensive Player of the Year and was a second-team Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-Great Lakes Region pick.

Esbenshade
 earns her first All-OAC accolade after a strong senior season. The four-year letter winner played in all 18 games, caused 16 turnovers, and picked up 21 ground balls. In the past four seasons, Esbenshade has started in 47 games, caused 37 turnovers, and tallied up 67 ground balls.

Harding
earns her first All-OAC selection and second varsity letter. She played in all 18 games, scored a career-high 35 goals and added 11 assist for a career-high 46 points. Harding also tallied up 45 draw controls and 31 caused turnovers. She is fifth on the BW all-time career leaders list with 21 assists and sixth with 80 points. Harding has also scored 59 goals and picked up 54 ground balls in her career. She also earned Academic All-OAC honors a year ago for her hard work in the classroom.

Kocher
earns her third All-OAC honor after being a first-team selection as a freshman and a second-team selection as a sophomore. She led the OAC with 39 assists and scored 26 goals for a team-high 65 points. She also tallied up 51 ground balls, 28 draw controls, and 24 caused turnovers. Kocher is the school-record holder with 119 assists. In her three years she also has tallied up 167 points, 134 ground balls, 83 draw controls, 75 caused turnovers, and scored 48 goals.

Miller
is tabbed as an All-OAC honorable mention for the first time. She scored a team and career-high 49 goals this season and was tied for fourth in the conference. The two-year letter winner tallied up 29 ground balls, 21 draw controls, and was second on the team with 59 points. After making the switch to midfield she has scored 56 goals and added 16 assists for 72 points.

Albrechta
garners her first All-OAC honorable mention and will earn her first varsity letter. She was second on the team with 48 goals and added 16 assists for 64 points. The 64 points was the fourth most in the conference. Albrechta, also tallied up 21 ground balls, 12 draw controls, and 10 caused turnovers.

BW finished the year with a 11-7 overall record. The Yellow Jackets had an OAC record of 4-3 and advanced to the OAC Tournament semifinal game.
