BW Women's Cross Country Takes Seventh at Otterberin

WESTERVILLE, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University omen's cross country team finished sixth seventh at the Otterbein University Invitational. The Yellow Jacket women were seventh of 10 teams.

Freshman Maeve Christie (Lakewood) led the women's squad as she placed 20th in a time of 25:17.1 in the 6K race. Junior Molly Rehor (Fairview Park/Fairview) was next as she took 27th in a time of 25:56.5.  Junior Abby Snow (Massillon/Jackson) took 44th in a time of 27:17.10.  Freshmen Baille D'Amore (McDonald) and Jacquelyn Brown (Tallmadge) rounded out the top five finishers.   D'Amore was 49th in a time of 27:28.7 and Brown was 67th in 28:58.8.

BW is back in action on Friday, October 3 when it travels to Cedarville to compete in the All-Ohio Division III Championships hosted by Cedarville University at 2 pm.  The teams will compete one final time before the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships when they run at the Inter-Regional Rumble hosted by Oberlin College on Saturday, October 18 at 11 am.
