BW Women's Cross Country 15th At All-Ohio Championships

CEDARVILLE, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's cross country teams finished 15th  at the All-Ohio Division III Championships hosted by Cedarville University on the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course.

The BW women were 15th of 20 teams and also had four individuals record season-best times.

Freshman Maeve Christie (Lakewood) led the BW women as she finished in 80th place in a time of career and season-best time of 25:00.38.  Junior Molly Rehor (Fairview Park/Fairview) was second as she crossed in 91st place in a career and season-best time of 25:08.40.  Senior Dusica Vasic (Cleveland/Brecksville-Broadview Heights) was 115th in a season-best time of 25:31.11 and junior Abby Snow (Massillon/Jackson) was 170th in a season-best time of 26:59.85.  Sophomore Alivia Stephan (Carey) finished in a time of 28:11.81 which was good for 207th place.  Junior Lauren Fredriksen (Hamburg, N.Y. / Hamburg) crossed the finish line in 211th place in a time of 28:27.11.

BW is back in action on Saturday, October 18 when it travels to nearby Oberlin to compete in the Inter-Regional Rumble hosted by Oberlin College at 11 am.  The 2014 Ohio Athletic Conference Championships hosted by John Carroll University is scheduled for Saturday, November 1 at 11 a.m.
