BEREA, Ohio -- The Baldwin Wallace University team has been picked to finish seventh in the Ohio Athletic Conference Coaches Preseason Poll.

The Yellow Jackets finished the 2014 campaign with a record of 15-15 and a seventh place standing in the OAC.

Head Coach Scott Carter, who enters his first season at BW and fourth overall season of coaching, returns seven letter winners, six players that saw time in the rotation a season ago and welcomes 13 newcomers to this season's squad.

BW opens the 2015 season on Tuesday, September 1 when it travels to Adrian, Michigan for a non-conference match against Adrian College at 7 p.m.   The Yellow Jackets then travel to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to take part in the La Roche College Tournament on Friday, September 4 and 5.   BW opens tournament action against Chatham (Pa.) University at 6 p.m. on Friday night.

The home opener and annual Marcia French Memorial Invitational is slated for Friday and Saturday, September 11-12 and is once again co-hosted with Case Western Reserve University. The first OAC match is on Saturday, October 3 in the Ursprung Gymnasium at 1 p.m.
