The Yellow Jackets (14-9, 2-1 OAC) defeated the Pioneers (9-13, 1-3 OAC) by scores of 25-22, 25-22 and 25-16.
Junior outside hitter Anna Miley (West Salem/ Northwestern) led the BW offensive attack with a game-high 10 kills. Senior Academic All-OAC right side hitter Alayna Chlad (Kent/ Roosevelt) added eight and freshman outside hitter Lauryn Wright (Orrville) had seven.
Senior Katie Primeau (Pemberville/ Eastwood) and sophomore Sydney Robinson (Silver Lake/ Cuyahoga Falls) set up the offense with 18 and 14 assists, respectively.
Sophomore libero Arlayna Newcomer (Norwalk/ St. Paul) led the defense with a game-best 22 digs.
