Manoa Named Women’s Soccer Assistant Coach

BEREA, Ohio – Baldwin Wallace University Head Women's Soccer Coach Jim Wojtkun has announced the addition of Lexi Manoa to his coaching staff in 2021.

Manoa is currently a head coach at Cleveland Force SC,s he also works at Amazon as a brand specialist.

She comes to BW after serving as a graduate assistant at NCAA Division I Nicholls State University. While at Nicholls State, she earned her master's degree in Higher education.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in sport management and in communications from NCAA Division II Notre Dame College. She was a four-year letterwinner and team captain. She was a part of two Mountain East Conference Regular Season and Tournament championship teams. She advanced to the second round of the NCAA Division II National Tournament in 2017 as well as the first round on two other occasions. Manoa appeared and started 79 games, which is tied for the record at Notre Dame. She is a top the Falcons career leaderboards in points and assists with 123 points and 35 assists. She is tied for third in program history with 25 goals. She also leads the program with 210 shots and 119 shots on goal. She was a two-time MEC Offensive Player of the Year and a four-time First Team All-MEC.

Manoa earned multiple honors and awards including, MEC Freshman of the Year in 2014, Conference Commissioners Association First Team All-Atlantic region, a two-time Conference Commissioners Association Second Team All-Atlantic region, a third team National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-Atlantic region. Off the field she was named to the CoSIDA First Team Academic All-District II in 2016.

Manoa resides in Strongsville, Ohio.
