WEST LIBERT, W. Va. – The No. 5 nationally-ranked Baldwin Wallace University wrestling team closed out the dual match portion of its schedule as it fell t0 NCAA II nationally-ranked West Liberty University by a final score of 36-9 inside the Academic, Sports & Recreation Complex.
BW Winners:
- Sophomore 133-pounder Jaden Hinton (Glassboro, N.J.) won a 14-5 major decision over Luke Miller
- Senior All-American 165-pounder Dalton Leightner (Ravenna/Rootstown) won by pinfall in 4:38 over Chase Morgan
The Yellow Jackets close out the regular season portion of their schedule on Sunday, February 13 when they travel to University Heights to compete in the John Carroll University Open at 10 a.m.
The NCAA Division III Central Region Championships will be held on Friday and Saturday, February 25 and 26 in the Merillat Sports & Fitness Center on the campus of Adrian (Mich.) College.
The NCAA Division III Championships will be contested on Friday and Saturday, March 11 and 12 at the U.S. Cellular Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
