Women’s Lacrosse Falls to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (N.Y.)

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Baldwin Wallace University women's lacrosse team traveled to Colorado Springs, Colo. to take on Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (N.Y.) in a non-conference match for the first game of their spring break trip. They fell to RPI by a final score of 17-3 at Washburn Field on the campus of Colorado College.  

BW Leaders (1-3)

  • One goal from senior midfielder Sid Chamberlin (Wooster).
  • One goal from sophomore midfielder Deanna Loukas (Tuckahoe, N.Y./Eastchester).
  • One goal from freshman midfielder Rennick Mellon (Akron/Archbishop Hoban), first goal of the season. 
  • 10 saves from senior All-OAC goalkeeper Ashleigh Hildreth (North Tonawanda, N.Y./Sweet Home).
