BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace women's basketball team is again ranked in the D3hoops.com top-25 poll, climbing two spots to land at No. 10. In the newest Women's Basketball Coaches Association Poll, the Yellow Jackets are tied for the No. 16 spot.

BW (15-3, 12-1 OAC) earned two big conference wins last week against the University of Mount Union (66-51) and Otterbein University (68-48). The Yellow Jackets shot 25-50 as a team in the win over Mount Union while also holding the Purple Raiders scoreless for five straight minutes in the third quarter. Against the Cardinals, BW shot 22-47 and had another standout defensive performance.

The Yellow Jackets outrebounded both teams, totaled more bench points, and forced their opponents to more turnovers than them. This is BW's highest ranking so far this season and is the highest since the memorable 2019-2020 season.

BW remains on the two top-25 lists with OAC rival John Carroll University. The Blue Streaks are slated at No. 8 in both polls.

The Yellow Jackets return to the hardwood on Wednesday, February 9 as they travel to Ada, Ohio to face Ohio Northern University in an OAC matchup. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. inside the ONU Sports Center.
