SPORTS PLAYED AT BW (YEARS AND LETTERS WON): As a sophomore in 2012, Justina competed in her second season of softball and earned her second varsity letter.
GENERAL SOFTBALL INFORMATION: Justina has had a solid softball career thus far. B-W has recorded 46-31 record during her first two seasons in the Brown & Gold. For her career, Tabitha is hitting .157 (8-of-51) with five runs scored, one doubled, and seven RBI. She has also pitched in 38 games, starting 35 of them, including 21 complete games. Justina has an overall record of 20-15 over 195.1 innings pitched while recording 127 stikeouts.
As a freshman in 2010-2011, Justina played in her first year of softball. Justina was named to the 2011 OAC All-Tournament Team and chosen as a member of the Second Team All-OAC for piching. On the mound this past season, Justina posted a 16-7 record with a 2.43 ERA in 127 innings. She appeared in 24 games and started 21 of them. Opposing batters hit .264 off of her while she struckout 88 batters compared to only walking 19.Justina pitch 14 complete games including three shutouts. At the plate, Justina played in 10 games and started eight of them. She was two-for-20 at the plate giving her a .100 batting average. In the field, she had nine put outs, 30 assists and made only two errors to give her a .951 fielding percentage for the season.
As a sophomore in 2011-12 Justina played in her second season softball getting time in 16 games, 15 of which she started. At the plate, Justina finished with a batting average of .194 (6 hits on 31 at-bats) driving in five runs. In the field, she contributed 2 put outs, 11 assists, while only conceding one error to result in a .929 fielding percentage. On the mound, Justinia started 14 games, seven of which she pitched a complete game. She finished the season with a 4.51 earned run average and a record of 4-8.
