Men's Tennis Standout Ganim Named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District 7 At-Large Team

BEREA, Ohio – Baldwin Wallace University senior two-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference and two-time Academic All-OAC men's tennis standout Doug Ganim (Westerville/Olentangy Orange) has been named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District 7 At-Large team. Ganim now qualifies for the CoSIDA Division III Academic All-America ballot.

Ganim, a four-year letterwinner and two-time All-OAC selection, is a candidate to earn his third career Academic All-OAC honor.  He is a finance major that carries a 3.78 grade point average.  Ganim was Intercollegiate Tennis Association Scholar Athlete selection as a junior.  He is a Dean's List student and a member of the Dayton C. Miller Honor Society.  Ganim is sixth all-time in school history with 86 singles victories, tied for second all-time in doubles wins with 89 and is fifth with 175 combined singles and doubles victories.  He is a two time OAC Men's Tennis Player-of-the Week.  Ganim graduated Magna Cum Laude.

The Yellow Jackets finished the year with an overall record of 24-5.   BW had a record of 7-1 in OAC play and advanced to the OAC Tournament championship game.
