BEREA, Ohio -- The Baldwin Wallace University men's soccer team under the direction of 14th-year Head Coach Reid Ayers opens the 2016 campaign on the road at the Herb Lauffer Memorial Tournament hosted by  Penn State-Behrend.

The schedule features two tournaments, six non-conference games and nine Ohio Athletic Conference contests.

The Yellow Jackets open tournament action at the annual Herb Lauffer Memorial Tournament hosted by Penn State Behrend on September 2 and 3.  BW will play its final tournament at the Blue Devil Tournament hosted by Fredonia (N.Y.) State on September 9 and 10.

The Yellow Jackets will play non-conference home games against Bluffton University in the second game of the men's and women's doubleheader on Saturday September 17 and Oberlin College on September 21.

The Yellow Jackets open OAC play on the road on September 30 against Marietta College.  BW will host league games against the University of Mount Union on October 5, cross-town rival John Carroll University on October 11, Muskingum University on October 15 and will close out the home schedule on Seniors' and Parents' Day against Otterbein University on October 22.

The OAC Tournament will begin on November 1 and will conclude on November 5, with the winner earning an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament.

BW finished the 2015 season with an overall record of 4-13-3 with an 1-7-1 league mark.
