Rory Jeffers enters his 12th season as an assistant men's lacrosse coach in 2024.
He came to Berea after serving as an assistant coach at his alma mater St. Edward High School for five seasons.
Jeffers also serves as an assistant coach with Force Lacrosse Academy, Cleveland Suburban Lacrosse and Resolute Lacrosse.
He earned his bachelor’s degree and played club lacrosse at the University of Dayton.
Jeffers resides in Fairview Park with his wife Meghan, daughter Delaney and chocolate lab, Otter.
