BEREA, Ohio – The defending Ohio Athletic Conference Champion Baldwin Wallace University men's lacrosse team under the direction of second year head coach Tony Tatro has announced its 2023 schedule.
BW opens the 2023 campaign at home against No. 12 nationally ranked Denison University on February 18. The Yellow Jackets play two more games in the month of February both on the road at Kenyon College on February 22 and Grove City (Pa.) College on February 25.
The Yellow Jackets play seven games in the month of March, including home contests against Southern Virginia University on March 4, Allegheny (Pa.) College on March 15, the Ohio Athletic Conference opener against Muskingum University on March 25 and crosstown rival John Carroll University on March 29. BW plays one road game and two neutral site games during the second month of the season with spring break games against Berry (Ga.) College and Transylvania (Ky.) University on March 10 and 12 and a non-conference game against Chatham (Pa.) University on March 22.
The final month of the regular season features seven OAC games. The Yellow Jackets open the month of April with road games against Otterbein University on April 1 and Heidelberg University on April 5. BW will play its two other road league games against Ohio Northern University on April 19 and the University of Mount Union on April 26. The Yellow Jacket home games in the last month are against Wilmington College on April 7 and Marietta College on April 22.
The Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament will be contested on April 29, May 3 and May 6.
