Strong First Quarter Pushes Men’s Lacrosse to Victory Over Allegheny (Pa.)

BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's lacrosse team took on the Allegheny (Pa.) College Gators in a non-conference showdown on the Tressel Field inside of the George Finnie Stadium. A strong half for the Yellow Jackets led them to an 8-6 victory over the Gators.

BW (5-2) was led by senior attack/midfielder Olin Ferguson (Tulsa, Okla./Booker T. Washington) as he notched two goals and an assist and added four ground balls. Senior All-OAC goalkeeper Joe Storner (Louisville, Ky./St.Xavier) posted seven saves.

Allegheny (2-4) was led by senior midfielder Aidan D'Amato as he tallied a team-high two goals and added two ground balls.
