Randall Earns First OAC Men’s Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week Honors

WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Junior All-Ohio Athletic Conference and Academic All-OAC defender Neil Randall (Manhattan Beach, Calif./Palos Verdes) earned his first OAC Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week honors. 

Randall earns the honor after causing 10 turnovers and collecting eight ground balls. Between the two games this week, he played five total quarters. Against Heidelberg, he played one half of action and caused three turnovers and collected three ground balls. Against Marietta, he had a career-high seven caused turnovers and he collected five ground balls.

On the season, Randall leads in the OAC with 29 caused turnovers, he is second on the team with 34 ground balls, he has won one faceoff, scored one goal and added an assist.

BW returns to the field on Wednesday, April 6 when it hosts an OAC game against the University of Mount Union at 7:00 p.m. on the Tressel Field inside George Finnie Stadium.
