Men's Golf Rounds Up Fall Season with Fifth Place at OAC Preview

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ohio –The Baldwin Wallace University men's golf team closed out the fall portion of its schedule as it tied for fifth place at the Ohio Athletic Conference Fall Preview hosted by Otterbein University at the River Greens Golf Course.

BW was tied for fifth of eight teams with a two-round total of 610 on the par-72 and 6,668-yard River Greens layout. John Carroll University was the champion with 578 strokes.

The Yellow Jackets were led by senior All-OAC golfer Jimmy Clark (North Olmsted) as he placed 2nd out of 62 golfers with rounds of 73 and career-low of 69 for an invitational total of 142.  Senior Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference selection Logan Bratsch (Olmsted Falls) fired rounds of 77 and 72 for a two-day total of 149.  Sophomore Ryan Green (Conneaut / Edgewood) carded rounds of 83 and 76 for a two-round total of 159.  Senior Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference selection Henry Neumann (Broadview Heights / Padua Franciscan) posted rounds of 87 and 76 for a total of 163. Rounding out the top five freshmen Christian Miller(North Lawrence / Tuslaw) carded rounds of 84 and 83 each for a total of 167.

BW returns to action in March of 2022 when it begins the spring portion of its schedule during its annual spring break trip.
