Men's Golf Finishes Sixth at Nye Intercollegiate

WOOSTER, Ohio - The Baldwin Wallace University men's golf team placed sixth at the at Nye Intercollegiate hosted by The College of Wooster at Wooster Country Club.

BW finished sixth of ninth teams with a total of 338 strokes on the par-72 and 6,545-yard Wooster Country Club layout. Otterbein University won the classic with total of 320 strokes.

The top five leading the Yellow Jackets:

  • Senior Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference selection Henry Neumann (Broadview Heights / Padua Franciscan) tied 11th with a round of 81.
  • Senior Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference selection Logan Bratsch (Olmsted Falls) tied 16th while carding a round of 82.
  • Freshman Christian Miller (North Lawrence / Tuslaw) tied 24th and tallied a round of 83. 
  • Sophomore All-OAC Ryan Green (Conneaut / Edgewood) tied 48th while posting a round of 92.
  • Senior Will Scurci (Mars, Pa. / Mars Area) tied 55th and posted a round of 98 

BW is back in action on Monday, April 18th when it travels to Shaker Heights to play at John Carroll University Legends Invitational at the Shaker Heights Country Club.
