WEST LAFAYETTE, Ohio – Baldwin Wallace University men's golf senior Scott Schroeder (Aurora) shot a school-record and career-best round of 65 on day two of the three-day Ohio Athletic Conference Championships hosted by Muskingum University on the River Greens Golf Course.

BW is in third of eight teams with a team score of 600 on the par-72 and 6,668 yard course. Otterbein University remains in first with a score of 585.

Schroeder leads the field with a two-day total score of 138 and is six strokes under par. Along with Schroeder, senior Matt Kershner (Independence) is tied for sixth as he carded a round of 75 for a combined score of 147.

In addition, freshman Jimmy Clark (North Olmsted) fired a round of 76 on day two for a total of 153, sophomore Hunter Miller (Frankfort/Adena) shot an 80 on day two for a combined score of 162 and sophomore Ben Ladaika (Erie, Pa./Cathedral Catholic) carded a round of 85 for a total of 171.

The final day of the OAC Championships will be contested on Sunday, April 29 on the River Greens Golf Course starting at 11 a.m. Due to a weather delay during today's action the OAC competitor will only compete in three 18-hole rounds.
