ACADEMIC MAJOR:   International Business

BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Ryan Walsh played his third season of men's basketball at Baldwin Wallace University in 2014-2015. The two-time Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference student-athlete earned his third varsity letter. 

ACADEMIC HONORS:   Ryan carries a 3.7 grade point average, is a Dean's List student and a Jacket Scholar. He also is a member of the Alpha Lambda and Chi Sigma Alpha honor societies.

As a sophomore in 2013-2014 and junior in 2014-2015, Ryan earned Academic All-OAC honors.

GENERAL BASKETBALL INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2011-2012, Ryan played his first season of basketball and earned his first varsity letter. He split time between the varsity and junior varsity teams as a forward. Ryan appeared in three varsity games. BW finished 19-6 overall.

As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Ryan played his second season of basketball and earned his second letter. He played in six games and scored two points and grabbed three rebounds. Ryan also earned Academic All-OAC honors. BW finished 14-13 overall.

As a junior in 2014-2015, Ryan played his third season of basketball and earned his third letter. He came off the bench as a forward and played in all 27 games. Ryan averaged 2.9 points and 2.6 rebounds-per-game. He made a team-best 68.2 percent of his field goals (30-of-44), blocked 12 shots, made eight steals and passed for seven assists. He earned his second straight Academic All-OAC accolade. BW finished 18-9 overall.

As a senior inn 2015-2016, Ryan is playing his fourth season of basketball and hopes to earn his fourth letter.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Ryan Walsh grew up in Easton, Pennsylvania and graduated from Easton Area High School.

Ryan played four seasons of golf, basketball and volleyball.  He earned two varsity letters in golf, three in basketball and four in volleyball.

As a senior in nbasketball in 2011-2012, Ryan Garnered All-Lehigh Valley and honorable mention All-Morning Call honors. He was the Most Valuable Player at the Yasso-Pathrock Tournament, and he helped Easton Area advance to the state quarterfinals.

As a senior in volleyball, Ryan was named first-team All-Area for the Express Times newspaper, was a second-team Morning Call pick and earned All-LVC accolades. He holds the Easton Area single-game record with 42 kills.

In addition, Ryan was the basketball team's Scholar-Athlete Award winner, and he served as the President of the senior class.
