Baldwin Wallace's Dial and Wilson Named Football Academic All-OAC

BEREA, OHIO -- Baldwin-Wallace College senior offensive linemen Broc Dial (Canal Fulton/Northwest) and Jon Wilson (Brooklyn Heights/Cuyahoga Heights) have been named to the 2008 Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference team released today (Wednesday, December 3, 2008). The duo also earned ESPN THE MAGAZINE Academic All-District IV honors in early November. 

Wilson and Dial were members of an offensive line that has helped the 5-5 Yellow Jackets finish second in the OAC in offense (378.6 yards per game) and third in scoring (25.6 points per game) this fall.  
 
Wilson carries a 3.67 grade point average in mathematics and intends on attending graduate school next fall. The two-year starter at tackle is a Dean's List student and a member of the Alpha Lambda, Omicron Delta Kappa Math and Kappa Mu Epsilon Economics honor societies.  

Dial carries a 3.391 grade average in history and education and intends to teach history and coach football. The two-year starter and three-year varsity contributor is a two-time second-team ESPN THE MAGAZINE Academic All-District choice.
