Dr. Andi Lyons enters her first year as the faculty athletics represtative and her third year as an associate professor in the sport and hospitality management department in the Carmel Boyer School of Business at Baldwin Wallace University in 2022-23.

Lyons came to BW after serving as the director of undergraduate and one-year master's programs in the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary (Va.) for one year.

Prior to William & Mary, she served as senior lecturer, undergraduate program director and internship coordinator at Old Dominion (Va.) University.  Lyons has also served as an assistant professor at Hampton (Va.) University, visiting assistant professor at Michigan State University and assistant professor at Ball State (Ind.) University.

In addition to her teaching roles, Lyons was athletic academic advisor, director of enrollment services for student-athletes, and assistant track and field coach at Florida State and an assistant track and field coach at Mississippi State.

Lyons earned a Doctorate in Philosophy with a concentration sport administration from Florida State University, a Master of Science in sport administration from Mississippi State, and a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Florida State.  While at Florida State, she was a track and field All-American.
